Here are some of my favorite recipes
(and yes, Amanda, this is especially for you.)
Chicken Alfredo Pizza
2 tubes croissants
1 jar of Alfredo sauce (or you can make your own)
2 cups grilled chicken
5 strips bacon (or more if you’d like)
Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese
Roll out croissants on to a cookie sheet, forming pizza dough.
Poke dough with a fork all over.
Bake at 350°for 16 minutes.
Take out of oven, pour sauce over crust.
Add grilled chicken and cooked bacon. Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
*Optional: Mix 3-4 cups chopped romaine with ranch dressing and sprinkle over cooked pizza.
