Dear Dentist

Dear dentist,
I realize I have been your patient since I was a young tot.  I keep coming back to you faithfully, to have my teeth cleaned, and fixed.  Especially since you once came in on your day off many years ago because I was foolish and flipped over the handlebars of my bike, causing two permanent teeth to fall out.  But I have a problem.  I am no longer the young tot that I used to be.  I have grown up, a lot.  I would really appreciate it if you realized that.  I don't appreciate being talked to like a 5 year old.  Yes, please ask if I'm doing okay, and let me know when we're almost done with procedures.  But seriously, talk to me like an adult!

Sincerely,
Me

(yes, I went to the dentist today, and yes both he and his son talked to me like I was 5. I wanted to deck 'em!)
