Lesson learned

the hard way. i was so tired last night that i fell asleep at 9:30. i forgot that I had my bleaching trays in my mouth, curled up in my bed, fell asleep. i woke up this morning and wanted to cry. my teeth are beyond sore. moral of the story, don't wear bleaching trays to bed, you will regret it the next morning.
